2011/12 Seed Increase Contracted Growers Daily Prices
As per the Seed contracts the option to fix tonnage against the daily price is available until 16th December 2011 (please refer to contract clause 9.1.2 for full details). Payment of tonnage that has not been fixed will be calculated using whichever is the greater price of the following;
the average of all posted daily prices (calculated as at 16th December 2011)
OR
the contracted G.M.P. (Guaranteed Minimum Price)
Prices listed below are for Australian Agricultural Crop Technologies
(AACT) Seed Increase Growers whom hold a current (2011) contract. To fix
tonnage at the daily price it is necessary to contact head office (Ph: 02
6795 3050) & complete fixed tonnage confirmation documentation prior to
5pm, 16 December 11.
Delivery is to AACT Warehouse as per
contract. Prices are subject to change without notice & are to be
confirmed with an AACT representative.
The daily price is updated by 3pm Eastern Daylight Saving time Monday to Friday
The indicated daily prices are GST
Exclusive & are on a basis of Farmer Dressed (FD) delivered. The AACT
Seed Contract specifies a price based on clean seed volume. To equate FD
to clean seed please add 10% to the relevant cultivar FD price.
